Hi Prof Ruth,

Hope we find you well. We would like to, on behalf of the University of Zimbabwe Library, our gratitude for allowing us the privilege to host the AJFAND journal on our local intranet and sending us the issues as and when they become available.

We would like  to inform you that we are downloading the issues from your website (http://www.ajfand.net/) and uploading them to our local server for intranet access only.   The URL for the website is http://ajfand.uz.ac.zw and is only accessible on the intranet. Since you cannot access the page from that end below is a screenshot of the page to show you how it appears.  The website also has an ‘About’ page that explains the purpose of the website which also has a screenshot inserted below.

We would like to hear from you if what we are doing is consistent with the permission that you granted us.

We would also like to inform you that Mr. Masumbu has left the University of Zimbabwe Library and Mr. L. Kusekwa is now the Periodicals Librarian. Kindly update your contact details and replace Mr. Masumbu with Mr. L. Kusekwa (lkusekwa@uzlib.uz.ac.zw)
