This constitutes the second and last issue for which financial support was received from GAIN (Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition). Again, the delay has been brought about by our attempt to assemble and have ready enough good papers for this Special Issue. Finally it is done.

We have 10 excellent papers, all of them peer reviewed and thoroughly scrutinized and passed.

Readers are encouraged to contact the authors directly to network with them on areas of common interest.

Once again, I wish to appeal for financial support from scientists who have material they wish to publish as a special issue. It helps the journal to generate some income, but also helps to highlight your particular topic under investigation. This approach also helps to enhance the visibility of your institution.

Since my last mention of this, some positive responses have been received. We are appealing for more support.
