CHANGES TO PROCEDURES AND FORMAT in 2017

Due to the fact that we can "DOI" articles, AJFAND shall publish whatever number of articles that are ready at end of each quarter. Officially, therefore, there will be 4 issues per year; Special Issues will be inserted as they become ready.

Please note immediate changes to format:

1. Results and Discussion shall be combined.
   
   
2. The Acknowledgement section will stay and needs to include the sponsor of the study.
   
   
3. Recommendations section is out and should where applicable form part of Conclusion.
   

Consent letters should be signed and submitted as a pre-requisite as the manuscript is submitted first time. Consent email by the respective co-authors should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief [oniango@iconnect.co.ke] and copied to Michael Okumu [okumuajfand@gmail.com] and Njeri Karanu [knjeri2003@gmail.com]. ALL authors must consent to manuscript submission regardless of its outcome.
