[1] Joel Johnson Mmasa [Tanzania] a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics of the University of Dodoma (UDOM). He is an Agricultural Economist with experience in economic research, value chain analysis, and social protection and agribusiness. He has participated in various African regional projects as Principal Investigator and project member. He is a UN Consultant who worked with the WFP and WB Tanzania country office. Dr. Mmasa holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in Tanzania. He is the author and co-author of several scholarly articles focusing primarily on economics, agribusiness. Future research interests are under Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA). He is a reviewer for several reputable journals.

[2] Dr. Ngaha Damndja Wilfred [Cameroon] is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition of the National School of Agro-Industrial Science of the University of Ngaoundéré in Cameroon. He intervenes in the fields of Food Science and Human Nutrition, combining lecturing and conducting research, with his first publication in 2014. His current research interest is multidisciplinary and includes food processing, nutritional epidemiology, clinical and community nutrition, and public health. He is focused on utilization of local foodstuffs, processed or not, to alleviate public health problems linked to nutrition such as infant malnutrition, type 2 diabetes and hypertension.

[3] Dr. Ardi Novra [Indonesia] is an experienced researcher in the field of resource economics and the environment at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jambi University, Indonesia. He holds a Masters in Agricultural and Rural Development Communication at the Bogor Agricultural Institute and a Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences at Udayana University. The field of study is Agricultural Extension and Communication. As a lecturer, he teaches courses in Agricultural Extension, Development Communication, Development Program Planning and Evaluation, while his research focuses on the development of agricultural human resources and agricultural development policies. For public policy, he has been assigned several times as an expert to study problems as a consideration for the formulation of agricultural sector policies.
