The new company, named Bayer CropScience, is incorporated in Germany
with its headquarters in Monheim. It has a strong global presence,
with three distinct business groups: Crop Protection, BioScience
and Environmental Science. The aim of the new company is to lead
the world in the provision of innovative products and integrated
solutions and services.
