IVACG
will host its XXI IVACG Meeting in Marrakesh, Morroco during
the week of 3-7, February 2003. "Improving the Vitamin
A Status of Populations" is the tentative theme
of the meeting. More than 500 participants from over 60
countries are expected to attend the XXI IVACG Meeting.
Among these are policy makers, program managers, planners,
and scientists in health, nutrition, biochemistry, agriculture,
horticulture, education, communications, and development.

as a worldwide organization for women in management and
professions working through service projects to advance
human rights and status of women. The Soroptimist International
Union of Kenya falls under the European federation. This
year, the European Federation will hold its Governors' Meeting
in Nairobi, Kenya; marking a break from tradition and an
honour to Kenya. This will be preceded by a two-day Pan
African Meeting, which will end on 2nd May 2003, which has
been declared 'The African Women's Day'. These meetings
