Dear readers, please receive warm greetings from AJFAND, and the publisher Rural Outreach Program. I am happy to be releasing Volume 5 No. 2, issue 9 of our journal at this time when we celebrate Christmas for those of you who belong to the Christian faith. Well, it is a special time for all of us regardless of our faith, as we mark the end of year 2005 and hope to reach 2006 safe and sound. I wish, once again, to thank our advisors, reviewers, authors and readers, for the tremendous support we have received in the year just about to end.

We continue to face challenges in journal production but so far, have been able to overcome them. Quality assurance continues to inform our work as we strive to provide as good a scholarly publication as you can find anywhere. Thank you all for your support, enjoy the reading and please get in touch with the authors directly for any further clarification or for networking. One of our main objectives of publishing this journal is to enhance the visibility of our authors’ work.
